Standard shipping within the contiguous US takes 3-7 business days after processing.
Are the trees pre-lit?
Many of our trees come with pre-installed LED lights. You can filter by Pre-lit or Unlit in our product categories.
How do I assemble my tree?
Our trees come in 2-3 sections that simply slide together. Lights are pre-strung and automatically connect when sections are assembled.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all Firlum products come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Can I return a tree if I don’t like it?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. A return shipping fee applies for large items.
How do I store my tree?
We recommend storing your tree in its original box in a cool, dry place. Disassemble sections and wrap lights to keep them tangle-free.
